Katrina,
What a riot! When I saw the heading for your post, I thought, “How nice–Katrina is baking a healthy recipe for these times”, and I naturally was curious about that.
Lo and behold! How I guffawed when I saw the beautifully artistic vegetable cookies. Too gorgeous to eat. Until next month, maybe.
Beautiful! I admire the handiwork that takes. I love seeing beautifully iced biscuits because that much fiddly work would make me twitchy. They are gorgeous though.
Aren’t they lovely!
Joan,
They taste good too!

Judith,
I must admit I had one today, well I didn’t want to risk it going soft!
Oh my! Those are almost too pretty to eat!
Stefanie,
Almost, but not quite!

Karen K,
I definitely wouldn’t have the patience to do it. They tasted good too – yes they’re all gone!
