Evee’s Peebles, Scottish Borders

If you want to see Peebles in snow do yourself a favour and have a look at Evee’s recent Winter post.

Peebles is the small Scottish Border town which was home to the John Buchan/O.Douglas family, they were very attached to the area – as is Evee, and no wonder, it looks lovely.

  1. I was going to post to you and Evee tomorrow. Just bought the magazine “Scotland” and the main article is on the borders. Looking forward to reading and sharing.

    • Lorraine,
I’ll have to have a look at the magazine racks in the supermarket. I used to get The Scots Magazine every month when we lived in England, I was so homesick and it was the only one around then. Now I just buy them when there is a particularly interesting article in them, there are so many different ones on the market now.

  2. Thanks so much, Katrina! Can’t believe all that snow just disappeared overnight, but it did!

    • Evee,
It was exactly the same in Perth apparently. It’s windy here and the lights have been flickering tonight, very unusual for Fife. Well the flickering is unusual – the wind is normal!
